The food at Nour is rooted in modern Nordic gastronomy, with clear influences from Japan, while flavours from Thailand, Hong Kong and the Middle East also leave their mark on the cuisine. The ingredients are sourced primarily from the Nordic region and combined with Asian techniques and flavour profiles, with a conscious and long-term approach to sustainability forming a natural part of the work in the kitchen.

We accept reservations three months in advance and release tables one day at a time. If your preferred date is fully booked, please join our waiting list and we will contact you if a table becomes available.

Due to the nature of the menu, we are unable to provide a vegan menu or a menu free from milk protein, lactose and eggs. However, we can offer a vegetarian option as well as a pescatarian option. Please contact us in advance regarding any changes.
