Falstaff Nordic ranks us the 6th best restaurant in Sweden
The once Austrian-based magazine Falstaff reaches an audience of about 26 million gourmets worldwide, and started out as a wine reviewer. Today, they are focusing on food, travel and wine across Europe. They have reviewed and explored European cuisine since 2000 and is one of the most influential publications in the German-speaking culinary world. They recently started a Nordic centered part of their magazine, Falstaff Nordic.
“Under the visionary artistry of Chef Sayan Isaksson—one of Sweden’s most imaginative culinary talents— culinary craftsmanship meets aesthetic perfection This exceptional dining destination masterfully weaves Japanese influences into every beautifully crafted dishes.”
They recently convened in Malmö, Sweden for a gala where they picked the best addresses for dining in the Nordics. They use a system of forks, where four forks mark an excellent experience, out of a total of 50, they rank food, service, wine and style. We were happy to enjoy the maximum of four forks and the position of sixth best restaurant in Sweden. Other great restaurants in Sweden were named, such as Frantzén, Vyn and Ekstedt. Thank you Falstaff Nordic for the kind words.
