Chef Sayan Isaksson represents Hatt et Söner at The Golden Vines in Miami
This November, chef Sayan Isaksson travels to Miami together with the Swedish champagne house Hatt et Söner to take part in the The Golden Vines, often described as the Oscars of fine wine.
The Golden Vines gathers the world’s most prestigious winemakers, chefs and hoteliers for a celebration of craftsmanship, innovation and taste at the very highest level.
For this year’s edition, Hatt et Söner will host an intimate lunch on Sunday, November 9, followed by an evening dinner at the Harbour Club. Both occasions will feature culinary creations by Sayan Isaksson, accompanied by Nour’s sous chef Isabella. In the days leading up to the events, Sayan and Isabella will spend several days in Miami preparing the menus.
Sayan’s cooking, known for its clarity, precision and quiet depth, will be interpreted through a specially composed menu built around Hatt et Söner’s most refined champagnes. The experience begins with a blending session where guests explore the nuances of champagne craftsmanship before moving into a tasting menu that mirrors the same sense of detail, balance and restrained elegance that defines Sayan and Nour’s cuisine.
With his characteristic way of merging Nordic produce with Japanese influences, Sayan creates food that feels both delicate and expressive.
The collaboration is a meeting between two worlds of fine craftsmanship, Nours artistry and Champagne tradition, brought together on one of the most celebrated stages in the world of wine.
