Head Chef Ida Bauhn in the Final of Årets Kock 2025
We are proud to announce that our Head Chef Ida Bauhn has secured a place in the final of Årets Kock 2025, the Swedish Chef of the Year competition, with an outstanding 389 points in the qualifying round.
By achieving one of the highest scores among all competitors, Ida has demonstrated exceptional culinary skill and creativity. The final will take place on Thursday, October 2, where the finalists will be tested on taste, methodology, and overall menu composition.
We are delighted to see Ida representing Nour in this prestigious competition and look forward to following her performance in the final.
