Ida Bauhn nominated for Stella Chef Award
We are excited to share that Nour’s head chef, Ida Bauhn, has been nominated for the Stella chef award. As captain of Sweden’s Olympic Culinary Team. Ida, who trained in some of Europe’s most renowned kitchens, has brought her deep expertise in both Scandinavian and Japanese cuisine to Nour, where her vision and leadership have been transformative.
The Stella Awards are part of Stellagalan, an initiative by Change Innovators that highlights talented women in the industry. Stellagalan not only celebrates these role models but also fosters mentorship and networking opportunities, inspiring future generations. The nomination underscores Ida’s role in shaping the future of Scandinavian cuisine and advancing inclusivity in the kitchen.
