Head Chef Ida Bauhn Named Årets Kock 2025
Head Chef Ida Bauhn of Nour has been awarded the title Årets Kock 2025 – Swedish Chef of the Year.
The final of Sweden’s most prestigious culinary competition took place at Annexet in Stockholm, where Ida impressed the jury with her precision, creativity, and technical mastery. Her menu displayed remarkable balance and individuality, earning her a total of 774 points and the championship title.
“I’m completely overwhelmed – it hasn’t really sunk in yet. I’ve watched others win over the years but never imagined standing here myself. It feels surreal, and at the same time I’m incredibly happy and grateful,” says Ida Bauhn in a press release from Årets Kock.
At the Michelin-starred Nour, Ida is known for her refined craftsmanship and playful approach to Nordic ingredients, seamlessly combined with international influences. Her four-course menu in the final was praised for its elegance, harmony, and depth of flavor.
During the award ceremony, Ida received the Gastronomic Academy’s Gold Dairy Medal from H.R.H. Prince Carl Philip, patron of Årets Kock. We are proud to see Ida represent Nour and congratulate her on the well-deserved title Årets Kock 2025.
